Good morning, and my apologies for the late post!
With rain today – heavy at times and with some embedded thunderstorms – expect a high around 74, as well as a south wind at 5-15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. This afternoon, the radar will have to be watched closely as we are in a low CAPE / high wind shear situation and an isolated severe storm cannot be fully ruled out as such.
Tonight will get down to 65 degrees with early night rain with embedded storms. Some rain may be heavy at times. Winds will stay out of the south at 5-15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. There could even be some clearing late tonight, but that might be overridden by some fog.
Have a great day!
