We had a high today of 69 degrees at midnight, and have been falling since. Currently temperatures lie around 63 degrees, and will fall to around 56 by sunset. (By the way, this evening’s sunset will be the final sunset at or after 6 PM of 2017.) Winds will be northwest at 10-15 mph, and skies will become mostly sunny.
Tonight will be clear and 33, with a frost advisory out from 3 to 8 AM tomorrow morning. A freeze is still possible, but winds may be just strong enough early in the night to keep us above freezing tonight – winds will be northwest at 5-10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph, especially early.
Tomorrow, we will have a high of 56, with sunny skies and a northwest wind around 5 mph. Tomorrow night a warm front passes through with a wind shift to the west-southwest, but we will still be able to drop down to 39 degrees with clear skies.
With the warm front, we return to above average warmth with highs in the 68-71 range and sunny skies for the final three days of the workweek. Another warmup is likely for the weekend.
Have a great day!
