Good morning! Welcome to September!
With partly cloudy skies today, expect a high around 77, with a southeast wind of 5-10 mph. Tonight will be mostly cloudy and 59, with a southeast wind around 5 mph. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and 75, with a chance of showers, and a southeast wind of 5-10 mph. I would expect any showers to be intermittent, with most of the day being dry. Wednesday night will be mostly cloudy and 67, with a south wind around 5 mph.

Thursday will feature another chance of isolated showers and storms, with a high much warmer at around 85 degrees. Thursday night will be mostly cloudy and 67. Skies turn mostly sunny to sunny Friday, with a high around 83. Expect a low around 54 Friday night with clear skies, and a high around 75 Saturday with sunny skies.

Just a quick tidbit regarding the month of September and daylight – if you thought August was bad in terms of the sunset time being earlier, just wait. Today’s sunset is 7:18 pm; on September 30, the sunset time is 6:27 pm….just in time for the start end of the NHL season playoffs. Yes, I will still watch hockey despite the Bruins getting knocked out last night. In terms of overall daylight, we lose over 80 minutes this month.
Have a great day!
